A formal union of wizards, bards, and warlocks that govern the ban on time travel and Chronology tampering magics. With the continuum fractured based on the events of the Burgeoning there has been some paranoia and general consensus that time travel needs to be monitored.  Their home base has been developed around the Thalios and they are highly secretive about their operation in that locale.  This office universally operates and is accepted beyond the bounds of government.
