## SKYTHROW ALTAR - THE ELEMENTAL FORGE A wide, rectangular structure sits in the midst of the city with ample room on every side of it. Marble columns stretch upward to rest beneath the staunch, cold, stone of the edifice. Any side of the building remains open to the elements barring through the large columns. The empty spaces between them flicker with swift bursts of white and blue light.
