#### The First City [[Fourfield]] is the first known settlement of [[Galantor]] founded by a group of adventurers and an unlikely pair of friends known as [[Craviel]] and [[Zinfandel (Thammuz)]] (an Aasimar and Tiefling). They founded the small town on a hill around a pre-existing temple known as the [[2. Settlements/Points of Interest/Elemental Forges]] that granted the adventurers with magical items to tame the wilderness and survive. This elemental forge was known as Skythrow Altar. It burgeoned in growth after the Devilish incursion of [[Vizier Terrorcry]] was rebuffed and found peace for the next 100 years. Many guilds found their start in [[Fourfield]] as the town grew outward and down the slopes toward the [[2. Settlements/Regions/Deep Glade Sea]]. Now it is known as Upper [[Fourfield]] where the town began and Lower [[Fourfield]] where it has expanded on to the sea. Founding city of the Southern peninsula. Founded by a prophet known as [[St. Amith]] who predicted the arrival of powerful individuals from another realm that would free the city from a Fiendish threat. It was later revealed that he was the Chronal Manipulator brought to this realm by Thammuz and Craviel and his true name was [[Gawain Greenfeather]]. It is said that his spirit resides in the wastes to the South of Fourfield. There is still a sealed wizard tower in the city that none have been able to enter. It is rumored to be the great wizard's crypt.  [[Fourfield]] is known as a titan of industry now. It harbors temples to all Gods and a flourishing district of technology and trades. The individuals brought here by the Burgeoning left their mark and their legacy woven through the city and its evidence has far reaching meaning. The oldest recorded city in all of Galantor is structured around a council of adventurers, clerics, and guild masters that rule in constant balance of one another. ![[Fourfield 1.jpg|494]]
